Ōtautahi Christchurch  ·  Est. 2026

An hour that asks nothing of you.

One  ·  Breathe

Start where you are.

Four techniques we teach in the room. Pick one, follow the ring, and let the count do the work. No account, no timer to set, nothing to download.

Two  ·  This week

Find an hour that fits.

The full timetable, filtered how you actually think about it. Pick a class to see who is teaching and what is left.

Three  ·  Not sure where to start

Three questions, one answer.

Four  ·  The five of us

Taught by people, not a timetable.

Everyone here teaches their own thing. Choose someone to read a little about them, see what they run this week, or book them one to one.

Five  ·  Ways in

Come as a group, or come alone.

Group classes are the studio at its best. One to one is for when you want the hour shaped entirely around you, whether that is an injury, a pregnancy, or a mind that will not sit down.

What we do

Everything the room is for.

01

Group yoga

Vinyasa, yin, slow flow and a genuine beginners course that starts at the beginning. Sixteen mats, never more.

02

Breath & meditation

Forty minute sessions in pranayama and stillness. The quietest thing we run, and the one people come back for.

03

One to one

An hour built around your body. Injury, pregnancy, sport, or simply wanting to be taught properly without a room watching.

04

Small groups

Bring three or four friends and take the room. Hens, teams, offices, or a family that wants an hour together.

05

Workplace sessions

We come to you, anywhere in the central city. Thirty or sixty minutes, mats supplied, no changing room required.

06

Courses

Six week blocks with the same people each time. Beginners, breathwork, and a restorative course through winter.

The room

Warm floors, high windows, no mirrors.

One room on the first floor of a rebuilt block, with underfloor heating, borrowed light from the north, and deliberately nothing to check your reflection in.
